I have just started to learn to draw. I picked up a ipad late last year and used all the art apps the app store has to offer. I just got a Wacom Bamboo and GIMP,now I just need to draw more....I never really was a serious artist. I spent my youth learning guitar. I did draw on occasion but never anything other than basic landscapes or abstract line drawing. I mostly used charcoal and pastels for about a year when I was around 16. I am 28 now and that was the last time I really took any effort to draw. I am learning all I can from artist online, but my main issue is motivation. I have all the tools and resources but I can never drive myself to get up and do anything with them. I know in order to get to the level that I want to be at I must draw every day, at least an hour. I am hoping to break out of my "sludge" and gegt my shit together, but.......see what I mean. Always a but.....
